Recycling can be hard... Let's make it SIMPLE! In this episode, I'll give you the do's and don'ts of recycling and explain how to read plastic numbers and recycling labels. Just because it has a recycling symbol does NOT mean it's able to be recycled in your single stream pick-up from home. 

I'll cover the importance of composting, the staggering amount of waste generated, and a cool solution for those unrecyclable plastics! (Like those snack bags and other bag-type plastics)

Pt 3 of my Unrecipe Series which I'm calling 'Zero Cooks' bc I give zero *cooks* (jk) it's a no-cook Asian Rainbow "Stirfry" created on accident by me using what I have in the fridge before it goes bad. It was so delicious I had to share!

Suggested Ingredients:

• purple cabbage
• carrots
• avocado
• green onion
• shrimp
• coconut aminos or soy sauce
• fresh garlic (or powder)
• fresh ginger (or powder)
• lemon or lime
• salt, pepper
• everything bagel seasoning
• cumin
• chili powder
• and sriracha

Simple Swap: A "use first" basket for unused veggies etc. instead of putting things in drawers where you can't see them.
